Duties
Oversee and manage the admission of students and enrollment process for various training programs.
Draft and implement policies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FSI’s operations.
Conduct analyses of workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the FSI’s systems.
Deliver training for updates/changes in the Student Information System and/or program, operations, and service delivery.

Qualifications

NOTE: Applicants must meet time-in-grade and time after competitive appointment requirements, by the closing date of this announcement.
Time-In-Grade Requirements: Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F.
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in managing complex training programs to support the Registrar office operations, including receipt, processing, reporting, and maintaining records of training requests/enrollments.
Experience detecting and analyzing inefficiencies or problems, recommend improvements, updates Standard Operating Procedures, and implements approved recommendations.
Experience coordinating activities related to management, collection, and reporting of personnel and fiscal data.
Experience developing and analyzing customer service indicators to improve program effectiveness.
Experience generating reports in support of training operations and quality control.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-12 position.
