What You’ll Do
As a Facilities & Physical Security Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day management of facility operations and ensure adherence to security standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global teams to ensure the site operates efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
Oversee service provider contracts and coordinate ad-hoc facility needs
Monitor & execute the site maintenance plan
Conduct regular inspections and ensure procedures are followed
Security Coordination
Welcome visitors and manage site access
Guide new employees through security onboarding
Support physical security standards and compliance assessments
Collaborate with global and external security teams
Other Operational Responsibilities
Support refurbishments and coordinate with vendors and contractors
Create Purchase Orders for services and supplies
Manage vending, coffee machines, meal cards, and office supplies
Oversee the in-house restaurant service provider
Job Qualifications
