What you’ll do:
The Personal Trainer builds the program activities and provide enjoyable fitness programs to members and non-members of all fitness levels in accordance with safe exercise guidelines
Designs and implements safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness programs that will meet the unique needs and wants of each member.
Plans and instructs individuals, small groups, or classes with a personalized approach following Center standards and guidelines.
Contact members regularly to follow-up on the progression of their fitness program.
Keeps accurate records of members' progress.
Discusses and promotes all Center programs. Motivates members to commit to long term participation.
Ensures safe and effective workouts. Responds to and reports accidents, incidents, and equipment problems.

What you’ll need for this job:
Minimum Education:
Required: High School Diploma.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Required: 1 year of previous personal training exercise experience required
Licensure/Certifications:
Required: Personal Training certification (IDEA, ACE, AEA, AFFA or other creditable group exercise certification).
Compensation:
Pay Range: $29.70
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
