Travel Physical Therapist (PT) â Rome, GA

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,130 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing agency, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in Rome, Georgia. Job Description:

Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or movement dysfunction

Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent further injury

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued care

Document patient progress, response to treatment, and make modifications as necessary

Adhere to established protocols and standards for quality care and safety

Work with a diverse patient population in an inpatient or outpatient setting (based on facility need)

Requirements:

Active Georgia Physical Therapist License â Required

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program â Required

AHA BLS Certification â Required

Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience â Preferred

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
