Position Overview:

Title: Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Near Plains, MT

Setting: Critical Access Hospital

Schedule: 3x12s Block Schedule

Start Date: Mid-June 2025

Assignment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient care in a rural, critical access Med Surg unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and treatment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care

Respond to emergencies and changing patient needs with efficiency and professionalism

Follow hospital protocols and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications:

Active RN license in Montana or Compact State License

Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience

Experience in a critical access hospital setting is required

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and adaptability in a rural hospital environment
