2nd shift Pay Rate $26.15
We are actively seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our team in McKinney, TX. This is an onsite position that operates on the 1st shift and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to national defense initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Bonding and Curing: Utilize resins and adhesives following established shop processes for bonding and curing.
Assembly of Military Electronics: Employ torque tools and other manual tools to assemble military electronics, adhering to detailed assembly instructions and drawings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, factory management, program management, and fellow assemblers/testers.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications: Mechanical Assembler
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
Skills: Proficiency in assembly processes and experience using hand tools. Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical Assembler
Bonding and Curing: Experience with bonding and curing processes.
Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret memory maps, schematics, datasheets, and assembly drawings.
Teamwork and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Clean Room Experience: Familiarity with clean room protocols and environments.
