AP Consultant

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for four Accounts Payable Specialists to fulfill an immediate three month contract role that is fully onsite in Franklin, TN.

This individual will be responsible for:

AP Disbursements (2 positions):

Payment Processing: Oversee regular payment runs, stop payments, void payments, and manage returned checks, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements

Issue Resolution & Escalations: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, handle escalated issues with vendors and internal teams, and process payment reissuances

Customer Service & Reporting: Provide excellent AP customer service

Support: Assist with 1099 form preparation and distribution, ensuring compliance with regulations, and support various ad hoc AP tasks

Admin heavy role: handling a high-volume of mail, packages, checking portals, etc.

AP Invoice Auditor (2 positions):

Conduct detailed audits of invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and correct payment processing

Investigate and resolve discrepancies, such as duplicate invoices and incorrect supplier assignments

Collaborate with the Accounts Payable and other teams to address and resolve invoice-related issues

Track audit findings, ensure corrective actions are taken, and assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

2+ years of full cycle AP experience

Oracle experience a PLUS or another cloud-based system

Excel Skills: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS

Ability to quickly hop into a role and learn processes

High school Diploma
