Description
Reports to the Assistant Director, Workforce Development Operations; provides instruction as directed and uses effective teaching methods; measures student learning outcomes and progress; monitors attendance logs and required documentation; works with program coordinator/manager; performs related duties as assigned
• Subject Area: *ServSafe Food Protection Manager and ServSafe Food Handler
Typical Qualifications
Must be a certified instructor and proctor for the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification; minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching subject area preferred; experience teaching adults; strong oral and written communication skills; technology skills, including Microsoft Office.
