Overview:
Marina Security Services, a minority-owned and operated firm, specializes in high-quality security services and guard staffing. We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This position plays a key role in our human resources operations by identifying, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including initial screening, interviews, employment verification, drug testing, background checks, and guard card verification.
Facilitate New Employee Orientation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and thoroughly.
Identify and utilize effective advertising channels for recruitment; create and post job advertisements across various platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).
Maintain an up-to-date list of all open positions across the company, including internal reassignments.
Manage the company uniform program, including ordering, distribution, and inventory of new and replacement uniforms.
Support additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the security or staffing industry.
Proficiency with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Solid understanding of the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, relationship-building approach.
Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Reliable transportation is required.
Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
