Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience

We are looking for dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll be trained to deliver a memorable customer experience and help uphold our commitment to top-tier service by identifying customer needs and guiding them toward the right products and solutions.

What You’ll Do

Engage Customers: Schedule appointments and provide timely, accurate information about our services.

Deliver Exceptional Service: Address inquiries with professionalism and ensure every customer feels valued.

Maintain Standards: Manage high call volumes efficiently while upholding top-tier customer care.

What We’re Looking For

Customer service experience with a record of reliability and success.

A consistent history of dedication to team goals and customer satisfaction.

Positive attitude and productive, professional, and courteous manner.

Strong multitasking abilities, critical thinking skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.

Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the team and our customers
