Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pilates instructor to lead small group and/or private sessions in the afternoons. You’ll create inclusive, engaging classes that focus on alignment, strength, flexibility, and breath.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach dynamic reformer Pilates classes
Modify exercises to suit a range of abilities and needs
Build rapport with clients and encourage consistent attendance
Maintain a clean and professional studio space
Collaborate with other team members as needed
** This job falls in paygrade PT10. The target hiring range for this position depending on the percentage of the class sessions conducted by the employee

Qualifications
Requirements:
Certified Pilates Instructor (mat and reformer)
Experience teaching group or private classes
Strong communication and motivational skills
Afternoon availability (1–7 PM) and/or Weekend availability
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
