About the Role

We’re seeking a PHP Developer to join our Clearwater team. You’ll work closely with the CTO and our overseas development team to enhance and maintain our internal CRM system. You'll collaborate directly with department heads to translate business needs into technical solutions. This is a high-impact, full-time on-site role — local candidates only.

Responsibilities

Enhance and maintain our custom CRM and phone system

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Analyze data and support business intelligence initiatives

Document features, infrastructure, and technical specifications

Follow modern PHP/OOP best practices

Use Git for version control and Jira for task management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in web development and software design

Strong knowledge of PHP (OOP), HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience working with MySQL databases

Preferred Skills

Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)

Knowledge of Asterisk or telephony systems

Familiarity with MariaDB, AWS, and Linux environments

Background in CRM or enterprise system development

Interview Process

Code Sample – Short take-home project or live coding

Final Interview – In-person meeting with team and leadership
