Infrastructure Project Manager

Genesis10 is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for a 6 month assignment (with the potential to convert to full-time position) with an Insurance Services Firm (P&C, Specialty & Warranty and Protection) located in Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid position and requires being onsite 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

The Infrastructure Project Manager will support the IT organization with infrastructure modernization projects. The Project Manager will work closely with engineering stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables and translate technical deliverables into project plans. They will also be responsible for driving project delivery, including managing risk, status reporting and coordination amongst infrastructure teams.

Required Skills/Experience:

5+ years of Project Management Experience within IT

2+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, platform modernization, end of life remediation/upgrades)

Proven experience in an enterprise environment (financial services preferred)

Project Governance and Project Methodology understanding

PMP a plus

Pay rate- $60.00 - $65.00 an hour
