Sweet Pea's Shell in Clinton, PA is in search of an experienced Store Manager to join our team. This site offers fueling, a c-store, and food service to our customers!

Store Manager responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations of the site

Maintain site to company's expectations

Interview, hire, coach and manage employees

Oversee the training of all employees

Use leadership skills to build and maintain a team

Writing, receiving and stocking orders for site

Inventory Management

Follow, train and enforce the company's policies and procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multitask

Excellent communication skills

Leadership skills

Previous retail management experience

Previous food service experience

Previous beer and wine experience a plus, but not necessary

Ability to be on call for staffing issues and emergencies

Reliable transportation

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Must have previous retail management experience
