Facilitate and coordinate UAT in collaboration with implementation partners
Develop the IVR call flow test scenarios of the Callback module.
Validate all the call flows from IVR and logged the defects.
Develop the IVR call flow test scenarios of the Callback module and the GCXI reports.
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
Conduct needs analysis, document requirements, and revise existing system logic as necessary
Assist with testing and support activities related to the implementation
Responsible for facilitating and supporting lines of business in any aspect of Quality Assurance, including Software QA, QA Program Implementation, UAT, Verification, and Validation
Create and update system documentation
Research and document requirements, evaluate scenarios, and execute changes needed to respond to requirements
Write appropriate test scenarios/cases and scripts, and analyzes test results
Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and create expected results for use in test cycle Requirements:
Should have exprience working on Geneys IVR
Bonus would be experience with Genesys Cloud Migration
