Position Title: Release Train Engineer
Position Location: Hybrid approximately 2 days in office

ASAP Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:
Managing the Agile Release Train flow of value
Coordinating & aligning ART activities with the organization's strategic goals
Serving as a liaison between product management, development and operations teams
Maintaining calendars for Planning Increments (PIs)
Implementing PI Planning events and monitoring their progress
Helping the ART manage and mitigate risks
Identifying and managing bottlenecks
Promoting improvement through Inspect and Adapt (I&A) events after PI completion
Helping keep the ART productive by ensuring the use of Lean-Agile processes Describe the must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order:
JIRA - Build boards, give access, troubleshooting, converting user types
High level general understanding of overall technology (architecture)

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field or equivalent work experience required
MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
Must have SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification
ScrumMaster Certification Preferred but not required
