Pharmacist Evening Shift in Ohio (Contract to Hire)

RPh on the Go, is currently hiring for an evening shift pharmacist to support a fast-moving pharmacy environment in Ohio. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire position, ideal for professionals who bring leadership, accuracy, and energy to their work. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

As prescription volume has significantly increased, were looking for someone who can confidently manage workflow, support technicians, and ensure medications are dispensed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing pharmacy technicians and data entry staff to maintain proper workflow and on-time delivery

Verifying all new prescriptions for accuracy, dosing, contraindications, and potential interactions

Monitoring inventory and supervising prepacking processes

Managing controlled substances in accordance with all regulations and documentation protocols

Requirements:

Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license

Background in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
