The St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club is seeking a responsible and energetic Lifeguard/Pool Attendant to join our team for the upcoming pool season. As we prepare for an exciting summer filled with pool parties, family gatherings, and relaxation by the water, we're looking for someone dedicated to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members and guests.

Position: Lifeguard/Pool Attendant

Location: St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club, Panama City, FL

Employment Type: Seasonal (with potential for additional opportunities)

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area.

Respond promptly to emergencies, providing appropriate rescue techniques and first aid when necessary.

Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.

Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, such as checking water quality, cleaning, and setting up pool furniture.

Assist in coordinating fun poolside events and activities for members.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent).

CPR and First Aid Certification required.

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
