Transportation Engineer

We’re currently partnering with a respected civil engineering firm that is expanding their transportation team. They’re looking for a motivated and skilled Transportation Engineer with 3+ years of experience to support roadway, traffic, and transportation-related projects across public and private sectors.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with the design and analysis of transportation projects including roadway, intersection, and corridor improvements

Prepare construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimates

Support traffic studies and modeling efforts

Collaborate with project managers, planners, and other engineers across disciplines

Interact with local municipalities, DOTs, and public agencies

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation design standards

What They’re Looking For:

B.S. in Civil Engineering (required)

EIT certification (required); PE license (preferred or actively pursuing)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation engineering

Familiarity with industry software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Synchro, or similar

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Passion for delivering quality, community-focused infrastructure solutions
