Summary

The Logistics Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Bath & Body Works and its third-party logistics (3PL) distribution partners. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a 3PL site, ensuring alignment with Bath & Body Works’ strategic priorities. The analyst plays a critical role in monitoring performance, communicating operational expectations, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

· Ability to develop/maintain relationships with internal and external teams

· Ability to work independently on self-initiated projects

· Ability to intake, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making and effectively communicate direction and multiple priorities.

· Leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor 3PL site performance, drive continuous improvement, and hold partners accountable to operational standards.

· Account for proper documentation to support SOX initiatives, including reporting for carryover, cycle counts, PO issues, and load discrepancies

Qualifications & Experience

1-3 years of experience in logistics operations or equivalent fields.

Analytical with creative approach to problem solving

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a variety of quantitative and nonquantitative disciplines
