We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team. You’ll provide expert nursing care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses—supporting not only their medical needs, but the emotional needs of families navigating some of life’s most critical moments.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with life-threatening or terminal conditions
Deliver skilled nursing care with empathy and clinical excellence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
Educate and support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey
Monitor patient progress and document clinical updates
Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and organizational policies
Qualifications
What You Bring:
RN license with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
1+ year of supervised clinical nursing experience
Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing or Critical Care (preferred)
Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills
A heart for patient care, and a drive to make a difference every day
A valid NJ Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
