Ready to take your CNC skills to the next level? As a Junior CNC Machining Programmer, you'll be at the cutting edge of machining technology:

Your Role:

Take the lead in creating G Code programs for Fanuc CNC Mills, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Master the setup of intricate 2D and 3D milled tooling components, solving challenges and perfecting operations.

Coordinate with our R&D Shop Manager to harmonize project timelines and ensure smooth milling operations.

Develop expertise in Mazak-based controls, including 4th axis programming.

Requirements:

High School diploma required, with a preference for those with machining or computer science education.

At least 5 years of experience in CNC milling and 3D mold machining.

2 years of experience in offline programming with DelCam Power Mill or Surf Cam.

Must have hands-on experience with 3D mold machining and preferably thermoform tools.

Proficiency in at least one PC-based CAM program.

Knowledge of CAD software like Solid Works, Pro E, or AutoCAD is a plus.

Familiarity with MS Office is beneficial.

Your Superpowers:

A proven history of machining intricate parts, particularly in 3D molds.

Strong leadership, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Skilled in CNC Programming and troubleshooting.

Technical proficiency in CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) using Fanuc and experience with CAM Software, especially Mastercam.
