Galon Solution Inc is seeking an experienced Recruiter who will perform the Recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, advertising, pre-screening candidates, Data entry into our Applicant Tracking System, submission (including write-up cover letter), interview scheduling and assisting with closing placements.

As an employee (W-2) of Galon Solution Inc, the Recruiter will work on assignments for ITech Consulting Partners and will be geared on W-2 contract positions within the Pharmaceutical industry, in addition to IT openings.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will have the following background:

· Experience recruiting for contract roles for pharmaceutical companies

· Experience in technical recruitment is a plus

· Experience in working with a Managed Service Program or Vendor Manager System, including the navigation of VMS software

· Knowledge of MS Office and/or other software applications

· Comfortable with Boolean searching, social media networking

· Experience with cold calling, bulk email, etc.

· Interest and ability to learn industry terms and concepts
