Job Description
Grand River Construction, Inc. is a general contractor with experience in power generation, water and wastewater, commercial and industrial, and facilities renovation. We are currently looking for a full time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Applicants should be friendly, punctual, dependable, and organized.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk area
Assist with administrative duties, including handling mail, checks, and packages
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
First shift position is full time and eligible for medical insurance, 401k, and paid vacation.
