We are looking for a dependable, person with a great personality to join our clients team and assist them with the clerical needs of their Industrial office. You MUST have a very steady work history, updated resume and clerical experience.
Core Responsibilities:
General Office Support: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general information.
Data Entry and Filing: Maintaining accurate records, organizing documents, and managing electronic databases.
Correspondence and Communication: Preparing and distributing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Office Supply Management: Ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and ensuring the office is stocked.
Basic Bookkeeping: Assisting with financial tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking.
Dispatcher- Willing to learn to help dispatch when needed.
