Location: Remote (Must be available 8 AM – 6 PM EST)

Employment Type: 3-Month Contract (with potential for extension and equity)

Compensation: $2,000 base/month + 10% tiered commission (uncapped) + bonus opportunities + equity potential

What You’ll Be Doing

Closing qualified warm leads provided to you—no cold hunting to start

Managing the full sales process from initial contact to signed deal

Maintaining a close rate of 60%+

Identifying and securing new client and partner opportunities

Building and nurturing relationships with white label partners and channels

Actively participating in team strategy sessions and sharing feedback from the field

Being available online 8 AM – 6 PM EST, responsive and ready to engage in real time

What We Offer

$2,000/month base pay

10% commission on closed deals – with a tiered structure that grows with your performance

Uncapped commission

Please note: Salary range reflects a typical performer’s potential; high performers may earn significantly beyond the listed range.

Who You Are

A proven sales professional with 5+ years of experience, ideally in B2B, startups, or service-based businesses

A strong closer with a track record of delivering results

Highly self-motivated and ready to take initiative

Comfortable managing warm leads and building a pipeline from scratch

A natural relationship builder who operates with trust and integrity

Aligned with our company values and passionate about building something meaningful
