UX/UI Designer

Part-Time/Project Based

Location: Fully Remote

Open to Talent throughout the United States

Pay Rate: $65-$85/hr

Join a purpose-driven team committed to empowering women through compassionate, whole-person digital care. We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who can blend human-centered design with strategic thinking to create intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences.

What Youll Do:

Conduct user research and translate insights into meaningful design decisions

Create wireframes, prototypes, and flows using tools like Figma

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX with platform goals

Lead usability testing and continually optimize the digital experience

Support a design system and documentation for consistent brand delivery

What You Bring:

3+ years of UX/UI design experience

Strong portfolio of web/mobile design

Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Passion for creating design that uplifts and serves others

Use your creative skills to design for goodand make a real difference.
