Stretch Zone is a leader in practitioner-assisted stretching, helping clients improve mobility, flexibility, and overall wellness. We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Sales Associate to help grow our client base, drive memberships, and create a welcoming experience for new and returning customers.
What You’ll Do
Sell Monthly Memberships & Packages – Convert leads into paying clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
Book Consultations – Schedule new client evaluations and follow up to ensure attendance.
Outbound Calling & Lead Follow-Ups – Engage with prospective clients from leads, referrals, and past customers.
Customer Service & Front Desk Support – Greet guests, answer questions, and manage daily studio operations.
Drive Sales & Hit Targets – Achieve individual and team-based sales goals with a performance-driven mindset. What We’re Looking For
Strong sales and customer service experience (fitness, wellness, or retail sales preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping others
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
