Front Desk Coordinator

Description A growing property management company in Glen Burnie is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to support with phone and email correspondence, filing/scanning, front office maintenance, data entry, other clerical duties as needed.

Must have a great phone presence, be detail-oriented, computer savvy, and be able to take initiative.

A "no job is too small" attitude is important!

Free parking onsite- must drive!

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or similar roles.

- Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks.

- Exceptional data entry and organizational skills.

- Ability to coordinate and deliver concierge services effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.

- Must have reliable transportation due to the onsite parking requirement.
