Responsibilities
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Develop and implement a proactive maintenance plan to ensure the continuous functionality and safety of the facilities.
Coordinate and supervise repairs, renovations, and construction projects as needed.
Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Ensure cost-effective procurement of maintenance supplies, services, and equipment.
Optimize space utilization within the facilities, including office layout and allocation.
Identify and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.
Implement and oversee sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation, waste reduction, and environmentally responsible practices.
Develop and maintain security protocols, access control systems, and surveillance measures to protect the facility and its occupants.
Coordinate and conduct regular emergency drills and training for facility occupants.
Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
