Role: CRM Administrator

As our CRM Administrator, you’ll play a central role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system, enabling smarter workflows, cleaner data, and stronger sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and optimize the CRM system (Bitrix24)

Ensure accurate and consistent data entry, cleansing, and reporting across departments

Automate workflows and support CRM-driven processes for sales, marketing, and client engagement

Generate performance dashboards and sales reports to guide management decisions

Train team members on CRM tools and ensure user adoption across teams

Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Marketing to align CRM strategies with business needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in CRM system management (real estate experience is a plus)

Proficiency in CRM platforms.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Experience working in a fast-paced, startup or growth-oriented environment
