A progressive, full-service Ag Retailer is seeking an Agronomy Sales Representative—or a Location Manager for more experienced candidates—to serve growers in Northwestern Nebraska. This company offers a full suite of agronomy solutions including fertilizer, crop protection, seed, precision ag, feed, energy, and custom application services. Key Responsibilities:
Sell agronomy products and services, including seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and precision ag tools
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local growers through expert service and agronomic insight
Provide product recommendations and help customers optimize crop production
If hired into a management role, lead daily operations and supervise a motivated agronomy team
Maintain accurate sales records, assist with inventory, and support logistics coordination
Stay current on agronomic trends, inputs, and precision ag technologies relevant to Nebraska farming

Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related agricultural field
Sales or leadership experience preferred; internships and recent graduates welcome
Strong knowledge of Nebraska crops, agronomy inputs, and ag technology
Detail-oriented, personable, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Valid driver’s license required; CDL helpful but not necessary
