Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to join our client in Latham, NY. In this position you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the front desk and supporting the legal team with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity!
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys and staff
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with preparation, formatting, and filing of legal documents
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
Perform general office duties including data entry, scanning, and copying
Coordinate office supply inventory and order replenishments as needed
Support attorneys and staff with ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a legal setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office technology
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
Dependable and punctual with a proactive approach to work
Salary
$35k-$45k (based on experience)
