HiFyve is hiring an Experienced Extrusion Operator in the Food Manufacturing industry! This role offers relocation assistance and an exciting opportunity to work in southwestern Minnesota.

Salary: $24-$27/hr +OT

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 6:00 AM, Monday Thursday)

Location: Southwestern Minnesota - Relocation assistance offered

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Start up, operate, troubleshoot, shut down, and clean the extruder machine.

Coordinate production runs with the supervisor to ensure orders are completed on time.

Monitor and record product metrics, including salt, caustic, temperature, density, and moisture levels.

Ensure quality assurance of products being processed.

Adhere to safety protocols and operational standards at all times.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience operating extrusion equipment.

Exposure to manufacturing environments and familiarity with industrial processes.

Proficiency in basic mathematics, mechanical aptitude, and comfort using hand tools.

Ability to read and interpret process instructions from manuals.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
