Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and cash applications.

Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and account reconciliations.

Lead capital expenditure management and support expense report processing.

Deliver variance analysis and financial insights to senior leadership.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.

Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate internal and external audits.

Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Support monthly and year-end close processes.

Participate in special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Managerial experience required.

SAP experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and construction accounting standards.

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize and prioritize a wide array of initiatives.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
