Ventek Solutions, headquartered near Charleston, South Carolina, is a newly established entity following its acquisition by Black Diamond Capital Management (BDCM) from Sonoco Corporation. Ventek operates across 8 manufacturing facilities located in the US and Mexico. Our Mission is to be the premier foam molder and integrated solutions provider in North America, serving a wide range of markets with molded foam components and protective packaging, including returnable and integrated material solutions.

Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Production Associate II – 2nd Shift (2:45 pm – 11:15 pm Monday – Friday) at our integrated materials plant in Findlay, OH. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and the starting wage is $19.36 plus shift differential of $.75 / hour. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to the Ventek Solutions.

What you’ll do:

You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail

Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.

Maintain a safe working environment. Safety is your #1 priority.

Pack boxes according to instructions.

Removes finished parts from press; visually inspects to assure quality; move parts to designated area.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Must be able to work in a fast past environment

Report any quality defects to quality, processing team or supervisor

Collaborating closely with other departments and teams

Performing all duties in support of Ventek’s quality and safety policies.

Must be willing to work overtime (typically Saturday’s only)

Must be able to work in ambient temperatures.

Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
