WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for any of our internal or external customers. This individual will work onsite and is responsible for answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, data entry, and general administrative office duties.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
· Manage a high volume of calls, emails, voicemails, and web requests.
· Maintain a high level of knowledge of our services to help meet the needs of our customers.
· Schedule appointments for technicians and the sales department as requested by customers.
· Provide information to prospects and initiate new services.
· Enter service-related notes in system software.
· Provide assistance to the sales department.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must Haves:
· High school diploma or GED
· Customer service experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Basic/entry level understanding of computers
Nice-to-Haves:
· Experience with PestPac

WORKING CONDITIONS
· Much of this work is done in an indoor location.
· Extended periods of working at a computer.
· Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
