The Opportunity:

IntePros Federal is seeking several talented Senior Agile Coach(s) to support future work for our federal government customer. These Agile Coaches will support the creation and management of a Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE). Our coaches support Agile Transformation efforts using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) values and principles as a foundation. Following this flexible framework plays a vital role in supporting the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across multiple portfolios. The successful candidate can work across organizational boundaries to facilitate communication and collaboration. Your SAFe and Agile Transformation expertise will deliver the coaching, facilitating, mentoring, and teaching to ensure best practices are understood and adapted to align with organizational context and mission requirements.

Clearance: DoD SECRET clearance or above

Locations: National Capital Region (NCR)

**This position is a TELEWORK schedule only for those who reside within the NCR and have the ability to be on-site as needed with the federal customer and program demands, including the ability to work EST business hours of operation.

Role & Responsibilities:

The position will be part of a Team of Agile coaches working together to ensure Lean-Agile practices are consistently applied, refined and adopted across the portfolios. Developing and maintaining the Agile Transformation service offerings to enhance capabilities and understanding of key services such as:

Coaching at the Executive, Portfolio, ART and Team levels

Conducting or observing SAFe Training for all classes

Developing SAFe workshops and customized workshops based on organizational needs

Establishing and supporting Communities of Practice

Performing Agile Assessments aligned with SAFe best practices and Federal standards

Providing ART Launch services

Conducting Value Stream Management services

Advising on DevOps implementation

Conducting LPM/LACE implementation services

Creating and maintaining methods of measuring Agile adoption and implementation of best practices

Implementing tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, etc., to support the LACE efforts

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree related field

6+ years working in an Agile role

8+ years working on delivering technical solutions to business challenges

Open Mindset

Ability to work as a member of a team and independently as needed

Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within an organization

Preferred:

Master's degree in related field

8+ years Agile experience.

10 years IT project experience.

Federal Government experience.

Certifications:

Required:

SAFe Lean Portfolio Management

SAFe DevOps

SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager

SAFe Scrum Master

SAFe Release Train Engineer

SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC6) with 2 or more training entablements

ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)

Additionally, one or more of the following certifications:

Preferred:

Change Management Certifications (Kotter or Prosci)

Kanban Management Professional (KMP)

Jira Certifications (Jira Administration for Cloud, Managing Jira Projects for Cloud)
