Your Leadership Role: You'll oversee:

Policy development for all radiation programs, QA, and accreditation

Equipment calibration, acceptance testing, commissioning, and upgrades

Dosimetry QA, chart reviews, and radiation safety compliance

Training of staff on emerging technologies and protocols

Collaboration with oncologists on patient-specific treatments including SRS, SBRT, VMAT, and brachytherapy

Coordination of research, protocol enhancements, and departmental CQI efforts

Technology & Tools:

Varian linear accelerators with OBI, CBCT, respiratory gating

Eclipse treatment planning, ARIA EMR, and portal dosimetry

Nucletron HDR, Variseed, Isoloader systems

Full integration of 3D, IMRT, SRS/SBRT, and brachytherapy techniques

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Medical Physics or related field

15+ years of clinical experience in Radiation Oncology

Board Certification in Medical Physics (ABR required)

Proven leadership in a complex, multi-modality radiation program

Deep knowledge of QA standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
