Role Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Integrity Management Engineers or qualified Project Managers to join our team, supporting the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of gas distribution pipeline assets. This role is critical to the asset and risk management functions within our gas utility operations and supports the development and execution of programs that uphold regulatory compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and track asset management programs and integrity-related projects for gas distribution pipelines.
Develop and implement asset strategies that balance safety, compliance, reliability, and affordability.
Oversee project execution and program performance, including schedule, scope, and cost control.
Communicate progress and performance to stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
Conduct asset health evaluations and develop recommendations to extend pipeline life and mitigate risks.
Monitor cost performance and identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis.
Coordinate with field teams, engineering, and compliance departments to ensure effective integration of capital projects into ongoing operations.
Utilize tools like Power BI to develop dashboards and visualizations for reporting and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering – Required
Experience:
3+ years of experience in engineering, asset management, or project management within the utility or energy industry (gas preferred; electricity or water considered).
Experience with project management and project controls in a utility or gas distribution environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate large datasets and program metrics.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or programs with cross-functional coordination.
Familiarity with pipeline integrity practices and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools – Preferred

Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement structured processes and performance monitoring tools.
Work Environment:
Hybrid work model (2–3 days onsite weekly)
