About the Role

Lead our Environment as a Service (EaaS) initiative by designing, deploying, and optimizing scalable cloud and on-premises application environments. This technical lead role requires expertise in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and environment automation to deliver high-quality development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver, uplift, and maintain high quality and fit for purpose Environment solutions for enterprise level Development, Testing and Production supporting CI/CD

Design and implement self-service, on-demand ephemeral environments with automated provisioning and cost optimization

Build comprehensive automation solutions for environment management workflows

Enhance environment visibility through comprehensive dashboards and monitoring

Optimize environment configurations for reliability and efficiency

Drive continuous improvement in environment management processes

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in Azure cloud, environment engineering, or DevOps

Strong background in CI/CD, automation tools, and Agile methodologies

Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)

Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

Proven success in complex environment management and stakeholder engagement

Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on automated solutions
