Job Title: Building Envelope/Engineer/Project Manager
Job Summary:
A self-motivated and results-driven Building Envelope/Engineer/Project Manager is needed to perform, assist, and manage projects to fulfill a broad scope of client needs. The selected candidate will engage in field work at sites ranging from new to 150 years old, perform design calculations, attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, prepare drawings/details, and provide design, bid assistance, and construction administration services. The role requires extensive knowledge of building renovation, building codes, and current industry standards. The candidate's knowledge of material manufacturer systems and products, research, communication, and specification skills will be highly valued. The selected candidate will play a key role in assisting with company marketing and business development and showcasing customer service excellence through everyday job duties. Responsibilities:
Perform, assist, and manage projects related to building envelopes.
Conduct field work at various site locations.
Perform design calculations.
Attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.
Prepare drawings and details.
Provide design, bid assistance, and construction administration services.
Apply knowledge of building renovation, building codes, and current industry standards.
Utilize knowledge of material manufacturer systems and products.
Conduct research.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Prepare specifications.
Assist with company marketing and business development.
Demonstrate customer service excellence in daily job duties.
Manage projects, clients, and subconsultants.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a similar accredited degree required.
4+ years’ experience in Building Technology, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering required.
E.I.T Registration required.
P.E. License preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Authorization to work in the United States.
