Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and a strong background in the EPC industry. This role will lead the technical design, development, and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with complex project-based business operations typical in EPC environments.

8+ years of ERP experience, including at least 3 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

• Strong domain knowledge of EPC operations: project lifecycle management, contract management, equipment & material tracking, and resource planning.

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud modules: Projects, Financials, SCM, and Procurement.

• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI/ADFDi, BI tools, and Oracle Cloud PaaS.

• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering technical solutions in fast-paced EPC environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across modules including Project Financial Management (PFM), SCM, Procurement, Financials, and HCM.

• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Cloud and engineering systems (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoDesk), third-party procurement tools, and legacy ERP systems.

• Define and implement data migration strategies for master and transactional data in large-scale EPC transformation projects.

• Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and PaaS extensions to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

• Lead the development of custom applications and reports (using BI Publisher, OTBI) tailored for EPC operations like project costing, subcontractor management, billing, and resource planning.

• Support compliance with industry standards and controls (e.g., SOX, internal audit) and define role-based security aligned with EPC business hierarchies.

• Act as a liaison between business, functional, and technical teams to ensure business needs are met with robust, scalable technical solutions.

• Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and EPC-specific process trends, recommending optimizations.
