General Laborer and Packager

Location: Tiffany Springs, North Kansas City, Missouri

LSI Staffing is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals for General Laborer and Packager positions for a reputable client in the Tiffany Springs area of North Kansas City.

Job Summary: LSI Staffing is seeking hardworking General Laborers and Packagers for 1st shift opportunities in Tiffany Springs. These positions offer a Monday through Friday schedule with competitive pay, depending on the specific role and your experience. We are looking for individuals who are eager to work and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities (may vary depending on the specific role):

General Laborer:

Performing various physical tasks in a warehouse or production environment.

Loading and unloading materials.

Moving and organizing products.

Assisting with setup and cleanup of work areas.

Other general labor duties as assigned.

Packager:

Inspecting products for quality before packaging.

Assembling boxes and containers.

Carefully packaging products according to specifications.

Labeling packages accurately.

Maintaining a clean and organized packaging area.

Meeting production quotas and quality standards.

Other packaging duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

No prior experience is required for these entry-level positions; however, previous experience in general labor, packaging, or a related field is a plus.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Must be able to work the scheduled 1st shift hours.

Shift and Compensation:

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (depending on the specific position and experience)
