Customer Service Specialist
Location: Hayward, CA
Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 plus Quarterly Bonus
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Temp-to-Hire
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and providing them with world-class service and support. You will assist them with their event needs and offer product recommendations. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients will have a memorable experience!
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers by phone, email and in-person
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to enhance their events
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and deadlines are met
Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism
Work closely with sales and operations team to ensure a smooth process
Maintain CRM recordsMinimum Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a special events/hospitality or related industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and personable demeanor
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Proficient with CRM and Excel is a plus
