1. Position : Manager Sales
Products to Sell : Godrej Material Handling Equipments _ a wide gamut of Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Stackers, Articulated Trucks, Power Pallet Trucks, etc.
Candidate's Profile :
4 to 5years of sales experience in Material Handling /Automobile industry, with a proven track record of achieving performance goals and optimizing efficiency.
Manage the assigned geographical sales area to maximize B2B Channel sales revenues.
Skilled in analyzing and evaluating performance
Committed to providing excellent customer service and driving positive results. _Customer Oriented _ Self driven.
· Meet the daily set targets in terms of meetings with clients.
· Ensure regular relationship building with clients /customers
· Participate in review exercises with OEM- Godrej Material Handling to maximize sales and coverage. work on the gaps and recover shortfalls
· Focus on increasing the sales revenue, monitor the sales processes to Improve dealer' productivity
· Ensure that the overall sales productivity is maintained at targeted levels.
· Ensure achievement of sales target for each product segment through regular follow ups on leads & opportunities ality in territory.
· Review daily Sales dashboard to address all Leads within 24 hours and analyse the Opportunities
· Ensure to receive payments from customers within stipulated duration of time.
· Prepare monthly tracker on sales performance and submit to OEM Godrej
· Prepare and provide product market data and competitor activity reports to evaluate sales results.
· Ensure All Invoices are raised accurately.
· Participate in OEM's training programs to enhance product knowledge / selling skills
· Motivating team members to perform and achieve the Annual Business Plans
Essentials : Proficient in the use of Computers_ EXCEL, WORDS, EMAILS - - tech savvy.
Fluent in oral & written English language
Motor Bike with a valid driving license
Remuneration : Commensurate with experience and a proven track record of good performance
The sales manager will be handling a team of sales engineers and will cover the entire Mumbai region (Western and Central)
Area Covered will be Central Mumbai towards Thane, Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Dombivali.
For Sales Manager position: Candidate should reside at VIKHROLI, Mulund, Thane, Kandivali, Borivali such that he can access both Central & Western line customers

-The job demands the incumbent to travel to meet customers face-to face every working day.
Requisite Qualification
Essential
Diploma Engineers / B Com / BMS / BA / BSC with relevant sales experience ( B2B sales ) and communication skills in English speaking, reading, & writing
Applicants should be residing within the sales territory
Preferred
Degree / Diploma in Engineering ( mechanical, electrical, automobile, structural )
