What will you do?

Define and execute the AI roadmap in alignment with product vision and company strategy

Lead the development of conversational AI systems that serve both patients and care teams

Enhance LLM Ops, evaluation systems, and model safety pipelines

Leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and RLHF to evolve our models

Drive cost-effective deployment strategies for LLMs

Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent in AI, ML, and prompt engineering

Act as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and the C-suite

Represent the company in innovation discussions with healthcare stakeholders, clinicians, and tech partners

What will you need?

Required Experience:

8+ years of Python programming in AI/ML environments

5+ years of NLP-focused development

3+ years in a leadership role (Sr. Manager, Director, or above)

Proven track record developing and deploying production-scale AI systems

Deep experience with LLM frameworks and production deployment

Strategic thinking and roadmap creation at the leadership level

Strong commitment to ethical, safe AI especially in regulated domains like healthcare

Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a high-velocity environment

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Bonus Experience:

Clinical or healthcare AI experience (e.g., risk stratification, patient engagement, NLP)

Familiarity with front-end integration of AI systems (React preferred)

AWS ML stack or Life Sciences Cloud experience

Experience working with diverse health data APIs (e.g., Apple HealthKit)
