Summary
The main focuses of a CNC Programmer / Architectural Millwork Engineer are taking finalized millwork shop drawings and creating manufacturing documents and programs for production. These include CNC & Saw programs, as built drawings, 3d renderings, detailed instructions, paneling lay outs, veneer matching layouts, construction jigs, and any other items that aid manufacturing of custom architectural woodwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create machinery (CNC & Panel Saw) programs and any other relevant manufacturing documents for custom millwork and casework using AutoCAD, Microvellum, and Innergy software.
Ensure As-Built drawings matches construction plan
Collaborate with project managers to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
Ensure project schedules, deadlines, and budgets are met.
Communicate with the manufacturing team to ensure that production requirements are clearly understood.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the companys engineering standards.
And other duties / responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the company
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Four (4) year degree from college or technical school; OR four (4) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Microvellum is a plus
3-5 years of experience in architectural millwork drafting
