**Job Title: Packaging Operator - 2nd Shift**

**Job Description**

Join a dynamic team responsible for the production of a variety of water flavorings, liquid additives, liquid sweeteners, coffee creamer, stevia, and mashed potatoes, all sold under prestigious private labels. As a Packaging Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and adjust machines, troubleshooting during jams or spills.

+ Perform daily and weekly cleaning according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Load supplies into machines by hand or using hoists, and replace molds and cutting surfaces as needed.

+ Test and measure finished products, recording activities and manufacturing stages.

+ Document lot numbers, quantities, and finalize details accurately.

**Essential Skills**

+ At least 2 years of machine operating experience.

+ Experience in machine set up and troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in manual documentation at 15-minute, 30-minute, and hourly intervals.

+ A minimum of one-year experience in production operations, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate with team members across functional groups.

+ Bilingual experience is an advantage.

**Work Environment**

Work the 2nd shift from 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday, in a climate-controlled facility. Adhere to GMP requirements, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed shoes.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
