Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch

Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks

Work Details:

Patients per day: 12 patients/day (36 patient-contact hours/week and 4 hrs. for charting, etc.)

EMR: Cerner

Hospital Bed Size: 317

Case/Procedure Experience: BOTOX and ONB preferred

Practice Setting: Hospital OutpatientRequirements:

Board Certification: BC or BE in Neurology

License Required: AZ License

DEA: Yes

CSR: No
